MODULE 4: OCT 21/28
OVERVIEW: Lead your team(s) and your organisation with confidence - nurturing a high performance culture where everybody can thrive (including you!)
OUTCOME: Increased confidence and capability as a leader, supporting better outcomes.
MODULE 2: SEPT 30
OVERVIEW: Gain clarity on your values and purpose as a leader - your roadmap to leading well and dealing with change and challenge in your role.

The Confident Leader Course Details

This is a 10 week group coaching programme with 6 core modules
and one bonus module. -
Learning is a blend of live group sessions and group coaching, with video lessons, workbooks and worksheets and exercises for you to also complete on demand, in your own time (at your own pace!)

Weekly live sessions run at 12:00pm UK time on Tuesdays during the course, using Zoom.

Sessions run on a 1 hour first week (12-1 UK time), 1.5 hour second week (12pm - 1:30pm UK time) schedule throughout the 10 weeks, to ensure we have enough time to focus on the core modules and on plenty of group coaching.

We start on Tuesday, September 23rd for 10 weeks (with one week break on November 4th)
