As I wrote recently in this article, Communications leaders are often asked to be the voice of clarity while navigating uncertainty themselves. I've lived this experience first-hand: leading NHS comms through restructures, merger plans, and ambiguous change programmes while wondering if I'd have a job at the end of it.
The coaching I offer is grounded in that reality.
I have worked at board level as a Director of Communications within the NHS at a local and regional level, and as communications lead to the Chief Nursing Officer for England, advising on large scale change and health advocacy programmes, thought leadership and national communications campaigns.
Now, as a trained ILM coach and proud graduate from the NHS Leadership Academy (with a diploma in Executive Healthcare Leadership), I work with communications and other functional and strategic leaders across the NHS.
